Avinash is an astute professional with over 35 years experience in the fields of Project Management, Contracts and Construction Management and Business Operations.
He has worked as a COO of a premium engineering construction company. Prior to being promoted as COO, he has worked as Head, Project Management [GM Projects] for several years. As a COO, he has hands on experience in running a separate company reporting to Board of Directors, with independent authority & responsibility of all functions as a profit centre head.
He has rich experience in managing multiple projects at various locations in India & overseas, including Planning, Scheduling & monitoring projects, Project financing – cash flow/ cost control etc.
Avinash has leadthe team which prepared and implemented WBS based planning & monitoring system for all operations in Project company. He was actively involved on ERP – BaaN implementation team, while leading Project department. He has set up PMO [Project Management Office] for central planning & schedule performance monitoring of operating departments in multi-project environment.
He has undergone many training courses in Project Management, Project Planning, cost control & Contract management etc. at reputed organizations
He is a member of Institute of Engineers [MIE] & Project Management Association [PMA].
