Sudhir did his graduation in Instrumentation and Control at the College of Engineering, Pune (COEP) and obtained Master’s degree in Instrumentation also from COEP.
He has over 21 years of professional experience in Process Instrumentation Design, Engineering, and Installation & Commissioning. He has managerial experience as a founder director of SAN Telequip Pvt. Ltd. where he has dealt with all aspects of the business such as product identification, product design, production and quality control, feasibility study, dealer network development, international tie-ups, apart from field sales and marketing.
Sudhir has worked as a Divisional Manager with a leading MNC based at Dubai and has traveled to Africa, Canada, Europe and Middle East extensively and acquired in-depth techno-commercial knowledge.
As a consultant to leading organizations such as Thermax, Tata Honeywell, Eureka Industrial Equipments etc. he has added value to the aspirations of these companies to grow in the domestic and international market place.
He is also a visiting faculty at the COEP and at the Dept. of Instrumentation science, University of Pune. He has contributed to the development of the instrumentation department at COEP in their efforts of NBA accreditation, establishment of Industrial Automation Training Center, syllabus development, laboratories up gradation etc. He has also worked as an Assistant Professor at Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune & was responsible for R&D, industrial projects, training & consultancy. While at VIT, he has presented a paper on Advance Process Control at the IEEE conference in Canada.
Sudhir is the chief of the operations at SAN Techno Mentors. He is the key motivator and friend, philosopher and guide for the prospective candidates. With his exposure of both the business and academic worlds he leads SAN Techno Mentors towards achieving the mission.
