Mr. Arvind Nyayadhish has a professional experience of more than 20 years in various industries and areas. He started his career in a government organization as an electronics testing and QC engineer for testing of electronics and telecommunication products. Later he worked as a maintenance engineer in a Polyester manufacturing plant responsible for calibration of the instruments and equipments, repairing of the electronic systems, routine maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, PLC based automation and drives for various applications.

For about 5 years he worked in the projects department of the same plant where in he was involved in upgrade and revamping projects. He worked on instrumentation detail engineering, installation and commissioning of field instrumentation, panels and automation systems including PLC, HMI and SCADA, and DCS.

In 2001, Mr. Arvind Nyayadhish started his own company providing turnkey automation solutions using Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation products as an authorised system house of Allen Bradley. He has successfully completed many automation projects in industries using Allen Bradley products including Compact Logix processor, RS View 32 SCADA, Panel View 600/750, PLC 5 processor, RSLogix5, SLC5/05, Powerflex 700/1336+,40, Micrologix, etc. Arvind has had formal training on Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation products as well as undergone training on Siemens products.

Since 2001, AN has conducted several training programmes for his customers. These programmes were focused on programming, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Allen Bradley automation products as well as application- specific solutions delivered by his company.
