An alumnus of two Premier Institute of Management, Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur and Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), Mumbai. Mr. Mahendra Kakade has 17 years of experience in various organizations at senior level. Before starting active association with business orgnizations he had an illustrious career in the Indian Navy (7 years). He brings expert experiences in the areas of Team building, Developing leadership capabilities, Organization structure, formulating and implementing strategies, conducting operations, managing resources etc.

He has trained over 4,000 corporate employees in his career and has logged more than 2,000 training hours. He designs and conducts customized training programs in the soft skills areas. He has also designed and conducted several organizational surveys on issues like Selling technique, Negotiation technique, Persuading Skills, and Change Management. He is a keen OD practitioner. He has worked with and been trained by several internationally renowned Management Gurus and consultants. He trains managers and executives in Team Building, Leadership & Management Skills, Feedback Skills, Conflict Resolution Skills, Personal Effectiveness, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Training Skills, Customer Orientation, Managing outsourcing effectively, Counseling skills. He has keen interests in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. He is also an excellent resource for outbound training programs.

He has worked as a trainer, Disaster Management/Emergency Preparedness in Indian Navy for a period of two years. He has served on Indian Naval Ship as Damage Control officer and was in charge of Fire fighting quick reaction team. Conducted more than 100 Disaster Management, Damage control, Fire fitting and Rescue Operation mock drill exercises on various ships and trained more than 1000 officers/Sailors.

Mr. Mahendra Kakade brings forth best practices followed in defense services, corporate management and studies in behavioral sciences to facilitate change for individual and organizational growth. Visiting faculty with some of the prominent Business schools in and around Nagpur like – Octave Business School, Orange City Institute of Management Studies and conducts personality development workshop for Engineering and Management colleges. A corporate trainer with several reputed companies including MNCs.
