During his professional career spanning 25+ years, Mr. Sanjay Deshpande worked in the areas of CAE with special application of FEA Technology to Structural Analysis , Thermal analysis Crashworthiness , NVH and CFD and all industry verticals such as Process and Chemical, Automotive, Aerospace and defense industry with software expertise in MSC-NASTRAN, HYPERMESH , ANSYS ,ABAQUS and CAESAR II.

Mr. Sanjay Deshpande has been a consultant to L&T, Nielsoft Solutions and other companies and has also worked in Mahindra and Mahindra, Quantum Consultants USA, Onward Technologies. He was responsible for Handling CAE team at above companies in terms of training people, project execution , assisting marketing team and proposal making, Key Account Manager responsibility etc.

The FE Modeling and Analysis experience has been put up in a recent book titled “Practical Finite Element Analysis”.
This book is written for industry people who often find it difficult to grasp FEA concepts including standard procedures for FE Modeling (across the globe) and since not a single book has an explanation on how to model bolted joints, welded joints and engineers find it very difficult.

Mr. Sanjay Deshpande has conducted number of technical courses for various engineering industries in above areas.
