Mr. Vikas Wadnerkar has done his graduation in Power Electronics Engineering (Electrical Engineering), Post graduation in Electrical Engineering (Power Electronics and Electrical Drives specialization) from premium institutions in India. All academic qualifications were passed with first division. He is a Lead auditor for OHSAS 18001.

Being a Technical expert in Electrical Engineering, during his professional career spanning over 15 years, Mr. Vikas Wadnerkar has worked extensively in the areas of Training and Development with Steel/ Power/ Aluminium and Cement industries.
He was associated with some reputed organizations like Essar Steel Limited, Vedanta Aluminium Limited and Torrent Power, Abhijeet Group etc. He also attended various Training programs and product specific Trainings to build the expertise.

Mr. Vikas Wadnerkar has worked as a faculty of expertise in Electrical Engineering area with specialization in Power Electronics, Electrical Drives, Transformer, Electrical motors and Protection. He has already trained more than 600 corporate employees for courses in electrical engineering such as Electrical Drives, Power Electronics, Switchgear Protection and System, Operation and maintenance of Transformer & Motor, Earthing and Relays.
He has also delivered professional training in Electrical safety & some behavioral training related to Soft Skill and Attitude.

He has delivered a Training programmes to many companies including Essar Steel, Ultratech Cement, Vedanta Aluminium, KSK Energy, Adani Power etc. Beside this delivered trainings for employees of Lafarge Cement, Uttam Galva, LLOYDS Steel, Abhijeet Group, Vidarbha Power, L & T etc.
