Vivek has professional working experience in the field of Electrical, Power and Instrumentation engineering over 14 years. He has worked in the areas of LV / MV / EHV Power distribution, switchgear Protection and switchboard design, detailed engineering, project installation and commissioning at site for Steel, Cement, Pharma and Process Industries. He has also worked in the field of Machine automation, Process automation, Substation Automation, Field Instrumentation and Energy Management System.

He has worked as Design In charge with one of the manufacturing industry and Rockwell system house in Aurangabad and executed projects in the area of Electrical and Instrumentation for esteem clients like Rourkela Steel Plant, Tata Steel, Tata Metaliks, SBQ Steel, Visa Steel, Essar Oil, Jindal Power, BovingFouress, Vedanta Alumina, Garware Polyester, Cosmo Films, Cipla, MyLAN Labs..

He has expertise in Blast Furnace Stove Complex and Associated Valve Control System used in Steel Industry.

He has experience of working in the field of Engineering KPO for Siemens Limited Thane during 2006 to 2011 that included detail engineering for LV / MV Switchboard as per national international standards / codes and customer project requirement. Under his leadership Siemens awarded as `Emerging Engineering Channel Partner’ for year 2010-2011.

Vivek has participated in several seminars for subjects like Selection of Numerical Relay, Different Protection Scheme, Selection of Circuit breaker, Selection of Intelligent Motor Controller and use of Digital Instruments in Electrical Systems, Energy Management Systems, Capacitor and reactor Selection and Harmonics in system.

He firmly believes in methodical ways of operations which inspire his team to stick to basics & to perform at its best to achieve targets. Being on the same wavelength, train the resources and get them into main stream of team has encouraged him to develop `Customized Training Module’ for various clients.

He has conducted many training programmes in the areas of Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Selection, Operation & Maintenance of Electrical Equipments, and Working of Blast Furnace Stove Complex. His training programmes are highly appreciated by clients.

He has conducted training programmes to team members and for participants from manyindustries including L&T, Rourkela Steel Plant,Kundakure Engineers, Fouress Engineering (I) Ltd., Polytechnic colleges in Marathwada region, SME companies (organized by CMIA (Chamber of Marathwada Industries and Agriculture)).

Recently Vivek has started association in industrial and academic institutes in Marathwada region. As part of this, he is been appointed as member for syllabus design at Dr. BabasahebAmbedkar Marathwada University under NSDC (National Skill Development Council).
